Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments using formal and informal tools to evaluate strengths and areas of growth.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that promote functional independence and positive outcomes for clients.
Offer education, guidance, and consultation to clients, caregivers, and professionals to maximize therapeutic carryover and outcomes.
Collaborate with the team to create individualized care plans, coordinate services, and discuss caseload management.
Document treatments accurately and maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Must hold a Master’s of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Current Missouri License and ASHA License
Experience: Pediatric experience is required.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
